A Legacy of Service.

Legacy does more than design and deliver high-value mechanical and HVAC systems: we keep those systems maintained and operating efficiently with one of the region’s strongest service programs. Our service team is composed of master pipefitters, experienced trouble-shooters and skilled technicians—experts so knowledgeable they teach others in college, inservice and apprentice-training environments. And our service personnel are available around-the-clock. It’s all part of our complete-satisfaction philosophy.

OUR SERVICE PROFESSIONALS

Jack Bath, Service Division Manager
Jack has worked in mechanical contracting for 30 years. During the last 20, he has served as mechanical project manager for commercial and industrial developments, including hospitals and schools, throughout Colorado. His HVAC and plumbing expertise encompasses the full range of new and replacement heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, split systems, heat pumps, fan coils, water furnaces, geothermal heat pumps, chillers, boilers, snowmelt and in-floor radiant heat. Jack’s knowledge of energy conservation methods—and the government tax credits and utility rebates they earn—works to the direct benefit of Legacy’s clients.

Perry Morgan, Service Manager
Perry has guided Legacy’s commercial service department since 2005, managing new construction start-ups and directing scheduled and emergency maintenance efforts. While projects such as Meridian Tower II and mechanical enhancements at Colorado State University carry a higher profile, it’s the out-of-the-ordinary that challenges this 35-year pipefitting veteran and educator. Repairing a church boiler that hasn’t worked for years. Fine-tuning HVAC equipment designed for sea level to operate efficiently in mile-high Denver. Extending the life of an outdated chiller. That’s Perry’s forte.

He coordinated the 42-member workforce responsible for the $2.5 million overhaul of the Denver Rio Grande Rail Road engine rebuild facility, completing the fast-track project in just eight months. Other career highlights include major plumbing and pipefitting installation and service projects for Coors Brewery, Optima Batteries, Lockheed Martin, IBM, Raytheon Corporation, GE Energy and the State of Colorado. Michael also provides service for diverse hospitality, college dormitories, hotels and multi-family residential developments.
